He has done transcatheter intervention across all age groups. Diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization. Lead independent operator for congenital and structural intervention like therapeutic closure of ASD, PDA, VSD, Large Vessel Stenting, valvotomy for stenotic valves, RSOV closure, Coronary AV fistula closure, Post MI VSD closure. Independently can perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization of all range of simple and complex cardiac anomalies He performed procedure in a small 1.7-kilogram baby who underwent percutaneous closure of Patent atrial duct and opening of the narrow aortic valve. On the other end, he closed a ventricular septal defect in an elderly male developed as a complication of myocardial infarction (Post MI VSD)

His technical skills include transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography and interventions in children with heart disease. Dr. Anil Singhi has published multiple indexed original and review articles.
